These Fruit Juice Recipes will help you make pure, delicious and hydrating fruit drinks that you can enjoy any time of the day. I love the fact that homemade juice has no additives, are undiluted, have no added sugar and can be customised to taste & diet preferences.
No doubt eating whole fruits is one of the best ways to consume them. But the basic benefit of fruit juices is an increase in the amount of consumption of fruits.
The amount of fruits that are consumed in the form of juice is much higher than the quantity we can normally eat. So even a single serving of fruit juice in a day is going to provide a lot of vitamins and essential minerals.
My Mom was a health enthusiast so she always tried to include abundant fruits and juices in our diet. Growing up a fresh fruit or a homemade fresh fruit juice was the first thing we would get to have after coming back from school.
Years later, we followed the same for my kids and it’s so much easier to get even the fussiest person to have fruits in the form of juice.
I have shared some of the best fruit recipes on the blog which I have compiled here for easy access. Most of the recipes can be made either in a blender, slow juicer or a centrifugal juicer according to your convenience.
I have also shared on how to clean the fruits and the best combinations.
Fresh fruit juice recipes
Mango Juice – Homemade refreshing & rehydrating juice made using ripe mangoes. We usually make mango juice when fresh mangoes are in season during the month of May to July. However it can also be made with frozen fruit or mango pulp.

Carrot orange juice – This juice is a staple in my kitchen and my kids have no problem with this any time. Sweet carrots blend very well with tart oranges and make for a delicious drink.
Pomegranate citrus juice : I’ve shared how to pick a pomegranate, deseed easily and juice in a blender or a slow juicer. You can also make apple pomegranate juice.
